Every Monday, I feature an image and backstory from my Pointe of View series. 

Greetings from Boston! I have been bouncing back and forth from East Coast to West Coast these couple weeks. Last week, I was in North Carolina photographing a Chapel Hill wedding on a farm. This week, I photographed a wedding in Rhode Island. And next week, I’ll be heading to New York and Montreal for a spontaneous vacation in the middle of wedding season. Things are hectic, but in the best way possible.

So this week, I share with you an image from last year in North Carolina– Karson, sitting with the magnolia trees outside Duke University’s East Campus.
