Fullerton & Alhambra | Southern California Travel Photography
I took the quick hour-long flight from Northern California to Southern this past weekend to attend a wedding with my boyfriend Jesse and his family. Judy and Jeff’s wedding was a beautiful Californian soiree at the Muckenthaler Mansion in Fullerton. And the next day, I got to meet up with my friends over in Alhambra for some delicious eats and a quick tour of their new home.
I love all the springtime florals at this wedding!
Such an excited and happy pair!
The Hsu-Wang family.
Inside the mansion was an art gallery and many historical elements.
An old-school “postcard projector.”
Doing it up as wedding guests!
All the tables were basketball stars’ nicknames. We sat at “His Airness.”
And then Jesse showed off his performance skills with a rousing rendition of “Call Me Maybe.”
This is the “apple product” that he won… sparkling apple cider!
Day two over in San Gabriel Valley: I met up with Kev and Jenny for lunch. After trying two dim sum places and another location of this place, we finally ended up at Mama Lu’s for some delicious dumplings.
I got to see the brand new Yauhaus! They just purchased this new place but are renovating the entire thing.
Floor plans and a bathroom under way.
Can’t wait to see what this transforms into!
They also have a lovely little garden out back with peppers, tomatoes, an avocado tree, lemons, and much more.
Papayas too!
Then we went out for some Taiwanese shaved ice with Jesse’s cousins who are training to be future ping pong Olympians.
Cappuccino snowy on the left; mango snowy on the right. Not pictured but also delicious: our green tea snowy and watermelon juices. Perfect for the 90+degree weather.
Good to swing by LA for a bit! I’ll be back whenever these two have their housewarming party.
