San Francisco Bay Area | October, 2017

|

I was in town for ten days of the tenth month this year! And in that time, I packed in some wonderful gatherings with friends, one last walking tour, and another craft day! We kick it off with a wonderful low-country boil at Cassie and Michael’s place.

Shrimp! Sausages! Corn! Love it all and ate way too much, but it was totally worth it.

Our monthly accountability meeting with these boss ladies of San Francisco, plus Gary the swan.

One more walking tour! This one of Jack London Square in Oakland. I’ve now been on 8 of the 9 city-offered tours, and I’d say my favorites were probably Churches & Temples, Uptown to the Lake, and Old Oakland.

October Craft Day! Thank you to Stephanie of Bowerbird Atelier for hosting in her beautiful backyard! Look at that golden bougainvillea.

We also tucked inside for some kitty time.

Such a beautiful personality-filled home!

I helped Cassie to make her own plaster styling board, and we immediately put it to the test with some Bowerbird goods!

Thank you to this amazing craft crew!

Here are my little sketches from the date.

Next, Praise and I went to support my assistant Lawrence by watching his performance in the play Welga.

And finally, brunch with Whitney and dinner with Tiffany!

‘Til next month!
