Glenna & Grant | Golden Gate Bridge Surprise Proposal Photography

|

When Grant started thinking about proposing to Glenna, he knew he wanted to include her two kids in the proposal too. They would all be traveling together to San Francisco for the first time, a place that Glenna has always wanted to visit. And so Grant trusted the kids to be in on the surprise and to keep the secret from their mom: he would be proposing in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. They played along gamely. And while Glenna thought that a proposal was likely to happen at some point in San Francisco, she had no idea that it was happening right then. The innocent bystander that Grant asked to take their family photo was in fact me, a hired photographer.

Glenna’s instinct was to turn to her kids and make sure she should say yes!

And of course she did.

But wait, there’s more. Grant also surprised the kids by proposing to them and asking if they would accept him into their family. He would always love and respect them and their blended families. To ask, he even had a ring for the girl as well. Incredibly sweet. I think Glenna was more surprised by this than by her own proposal.

Love and joy!

Congratulations to Grant and Glenna and your new blended family! This was so fun to be a part of.
