1. Are you available?

If you like what you see, you can contact me directly for availability and pricing information. I typically respond to emails within 1-5 business days. Once you decide to move forward, you’ll be able to submit a contract and retainer fee to hire me and reserve your date.

Weddings are often booked six months to a year in advance. Portrait sessions are typically scheduled during the weekdays one to four weeks in advance.

Don’t forget: I love to travel. So even if you are tucked away in a different corner of the world, I’d be more than happy to talk to you about heading over for your event. (Hawaii or Australia, anyone?)

2. What equipment do you use?

I typically shoot with the following:

Cameras:
Canon 5D Mark III and 5D Mark II

Lenses:
35mm/1.4, 50mm/1.2, 85mm/1.8, 100mm/2.8 macro, Canon 70-200mm/2.8 IS

Lighting:
Canon 580EX II, 430EXII, Lumo Pro manual flash, Pocket Wizards, reflectors, video lights

Used less frequently:

Canon EOS 3 35mm film body
16-35mm/2.8 IS, Canon 135mm/2.0

3. Can I be your assistant or second shooter?

Quite possibly! I do work with assistants and second shooters on many of my shoots. I offer an annual internship program, but the 2013 position has been filled.

4. Can you recommend a florist/makeup artist/etc.?

I feature preferred vendors periodically in my spotlight series. Visit the profiles to view some of my favorites of the wedding industry!
