I first met Betty during high school when she was my advisor at summer camp. She was from Chicago, and I was from Cincinnati, so I was rather surprised to see her in Cincinnati the next spring… but it turns out she was there for Chris, her boyfriend at the time, who happened to be from Cincinnati as well. Of course, years later they got married, and now they’re expecting their first baby! We’ve now all migrated from the Midwest over here to the Bay Area, and so I was really happy to catch up with them and document this special time in their lives.
