Anne & Kyle | Berkeley City Club | Bay Area Wedding Photography
What an incredibly special wedding for a very special couple. All of the details were perfectly personal to them, including vintage birding table cards to reflect their love of birding, and the overall “1920s Paris” theme to reflect their year in Paris together and their love of all things historical. But the absolute best part of the day was simply watching these two lovebirds with each other. From Kyle’s nervously excited start to the day to the choked back tears to the jubilant celebration, it was an absolutely wonderful day for this lovely couple.
The Berkeley City Club was the perfect backdrop for this 1920s Parisian themed wedding.
A fairytale first look in the stairwell.
I loved this custom vintage-style poster, so perfect for Anne and Kyle.
The rings were wrapped in the blue handkerchief from Anne’s grandmother.
They had a lovely Jewish ceremony on the terrace.
Love this reaction from the boys… what is this ancient looking gadget?
Anne and Kyle went around collecting all of these different vases from various flea markets and fairs and filled the vessels with flowers from Blue Heron. All of the table cards featured various birds scanned from vintage birding books– a hobby that Anne and Kyle enjoy together.
I never knew the Lovebird was an actual bird until I read this table card– it’s a small parrot, it seems!
Anne and Kyle in their first dance…
And a matching photo of Kyle’s grandparents, who have been married an incredible 66 years!
Macaron tower!
And finally, the somewhat terrified looks of the couple during the Jewish Horah dance!
Congratulations, Anne & Kyle! What a beautiful celebration!
