Ami & Arjun | The State Room, Boston | Indian Wedding Photography

Her sister’s wedding brought them together four years ago, when they found out that Ami and Arjun’s mothers were actually childhood friends in India and had just reconnected. At the time, both Ami and Arjun had just graduated from college and were working in New York City, so they went out for dinner (where incidentally Ami was all dressed up for Halloween as a cowgirl and Arjun was still in work clothes). They soon became best friends. A year later, they started dating, and later they got engaged on their rooftop in Chelsea. From there, they went to Harvard Business School together, and they chose to be wed in Boston in the gorgeous State Room overlooking the city.

It was a beautiful Indian wedding, with both grandeur and four hundred guests on the one hand and the most heartfelt vows and intimate moments on the other. Ami and Arjun are both incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and they are simply wonderful to be around. What a joy it was to be a part of this beautiful celebration.
