Bondi Beach & Sydney, Australia
We continue the series with more explorations around Sydney, including a quick visit to the coastal shores of Bondi Beach. We start off again in Surry Hills, the neighborhood where we stayed for our three-night visit.
Our airbnb was cute, but the windows did not have screens and I got eaten alive by a mosquito and ended up with ten bites across my face, just in time to attend a wedding!
One of my favorite coffee shops in Sydney: Haven Joyously Tailoring Coffee. Especially loved their tea mocktails and the delicious eats.
Ellie meets Burger (the dog)!
Burger is actually gluten intolerant, and he basically only eats raw meat.
Avocado toast. I feel like I’m right at home here.
Despite the melting hot temperatures, we went for a little jaunt along the coastal beach walk starting in Bondi Beach.
What a cool seaside pool, almost seamless with the ocean as the waves crash in.
I spy my Pointe of View book in Howard’s home!
Burger and Burger.
And finally, a visit to The Grounds of Alexandria, an awesome sprawling complex comprising a bakery, animal farm, market, garden, coffee shop, and more. Such a cool space, which would make a great event venue too.
