Holiday Gifts, 2021

| |

Each year, I collect small items along my travels for a curated gift box that I send to each of my full wedding clients over the holidays. It’s my way of sharing a bit of my year with my couples, when they shared such an important part of their year with me. Of course 2020 was a bit of a detour, so in lieu of travel gifts I gathered some very local Bay Area-sourced gifts instead. But in 2021, we were able to expand our radius outward again, and I was happy to resume the old tradition.

Each year I also design a holiday card to share with friends and family. Thank to Brown Fox Calligraphy for writing my cover word, as always. This year’s word was Abundance.

Taking a peek inside at the gift items:

Brewhaus dog biscuits made from craft brewery grains, from Cincinnati Ohio; Viva Oliva olive oil from Santa Barbara;

a deck of constellation cards from Death Valley; Mike’s Recovery bath salts from Las Vegas; and bourbon balls from Woodford Reserve in Versailles, Kentucky.

I hope each of you who received this little gift box has enjoyed these little treasures from my year of abundance. Wishing you all warmth, love, and health in the year ahead.
