Neera & Jeff | Milpitas Sangeet

Neera and Jeff met in medical school in the Caribbean and started dating while they were finishing up their training in Brooklyn. They are the perfect complements to each other, with Neera’s goofy and imaginative side drawing out Jeff’s more cerebral homebody self. What they both share is their strong ties with their families, and of course their love of each other.

For their wedding, Neera and Jeff held a full week of celebrations, per Indian wedding traditions. I am thrilled to share part one today: the very festive sangeet.

The event took place at the India Community Center in Milpitas, which was beautifully decorated as this performance and reception space.
