Black Diamond Alpacas
ALPACAS! Squee! I have this thing with alpacas. They are funny looking and wonderful, and ever since spotting some in New Zealand, I’ve been seeing them everywhere. (Or partly seeking them out everywhere.) When one of my clients told about Black Diamond Alpacas in Brentwood, about an hour east of Oakland, I knew I had to make a trip….

Pauline & Justin | San Francisco Wedding Photography
Pauline and Justin were wed on a beautifully sunny day in San Francisco, surrounded by family and friends. The day was an absolutely perfect blend of tears (25%) and laughter (75%), as this East Coast transplant and San Francisco native tied the knot. Buffalo, NY
It took eight hours, but I drove from Philadelphia to Buffalo in order to photograph Amber and Ben’s wedding at Ben’s childhood home. Justin joined me the second day, and we got to explore a bit of Buffalo, visit Cat and her family, and even stop by Niagara Falls before driving another seven hours to Boston to…

Annapolis
One weekend in July, four of us (Colman, Amaris, Justin, and I) hopped in the car from Philly for a quick weekend getaway to Annapolis. We wandered the main street (literally Main St.), went stand-up paddleboarding, visited the Naval Academy, and somewhat reluctantly but somewhat enthusiastically joined the hoards of Pokemon players on the street. All in all, a great little one-night…
