Kwok Family | Oakland Portrait Session
It has been twelve years since I first started photographing this family, and of course by family I mean J & K for their engagement session long before the kids came along. It’s such a privilege to watch these families grow and to have a part in documenting their stories over time. For this session we roamed around Oakland’s Lake Merritt, and we ended up back at mama’s bakery, Bake Sum, where the kids were rewarded with some delicious pumpkin croissants. Not bad for their hour’s worth of modeling work!
