Portrait Party | February, 2017 - Anna Wu Photography

I’ve brought back my Portrait Parties! This was the third party in the series after a long hiatus from last year. The idea is very simple: I gather a small group of people, we throw ourselves a little party, and I take portraits of everyone. Each participant contributes to the party too, and we all get to connect with each other without the pressures of large-group networking.

For this portrait party, we had April Foster Artistry on hair and makeup; Cassie Xie Photography taking the film photos and my portraits you’ll see below; Katy of KatyBirds with some of her vintage tabletop pieces; Maria of Studio Wildflower with florals; and Morgan of Spreading Lovely with the snacks and drinks.

We kick it off with some of the gorgeous film photos shot by Cassie!
