Maxine & Justin | San Francisco Wedding Photography

Theirs was a love story already eight years in the making by the time we reached the afternoon of July first, 2017. Eight years since they first met at the library in college, and they each felt that first spark and yet took months to acknowledge it fully and start their lives together. They supported each other through long distance as Justin went off to med school and Maxine law school. And they made it through a morning tea ceremony with each of their families. And yet, as they got ready for the church ceremony, separated by the brick walls of the inn, they were each a bundle of nerves. Maybe they didn’t need to be the center of attention for all their friends and family as they delivered vows. The normally lighthearted pair wasn’t exactly known for showing all their sappy feelings. But they made it to the front of that church, let it all out, and in a pile of heartfelt emotion, brought us all along on the journey to the next phase of this beautiful love story.
