Amy and Terrence found each other serendipitously and unexpectedly, online, of course. It had been a difficult period in Amy’s life, but she suddenly found herself in a tumble of novel-length messages back and forth with this interesting, funny, supportive new man. They found endless similarities with each other, becoming more and more convinced they’re basically the same person. Within the first couple months, they were living together. A year later, they were engaged. I was thrilled when Amy reached out to me for engagement portraits, and we got to do one shoot around Grace Cathedral and another at Land’s End.
