Allie & David | Redondo Beach Historic Library Wedding Photography
She loves to bake; he loves to cook. She loves running and gardening, and she indulges his propensity for expensive hobbies like fancy shaving kits or Italian leather shoes. They both love hikes, trips to the farmer’s market, and travels around the world. In each other, Allie and David have found their sense of home and belonging. They chose to be wed at the historic library on Redondo Beach, and what was originally forecasted to be a rainy, dreary day ended up with nothing but sunshine. See some of the highlights below!
A conversation right before this moment: “Do you think Allie will cry?” “Maybe.” “Do you think you’ll cry?” “Naw, (laughs it off) definitely not.”
Allie: “I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen you cry!” Hearts are melting all around.
Gorgeous bride!
Allie’s veil is actually her mom’s from her wedding 36 years ago.
The ceremony site and Allie’s father holding their bonsai tree, which they used for their unity ceremony, with both sets of parents and the bride and groom watering it together.
I love the library theme with books under the centerpieces, the use of the card catalog for the library card escort cards, and the shelves used to display their childhood photos.
The perfect sunset portraits!
Congratulations, Allie & David!
