Westy’s First Birthday
Westin is ONE! And of course his mom dreamed up the cutest birthday party to celebrate the occasion. Westy loves visiting the farmers market and loves his fruits and veggies (especially avocados). So his parents built him his very own farm stand in the back yard, plus a flower stand for their pup Roux. All in all, it was the cutest farmers market-themed birthday, and all of the guests went home with farm-fresh produce too!
So very adorable. I absolutely love this little family and their generosity towards their clients and their community. Courtney and Jackson have been buried in their own photography work but still somehow managed to put all of this together for their friends and family, in the middle of peak wedding season. It’s a true joy and privilege to be their friend, and it’s been so wonderful to watch little Westin come into their lives and grow so much over the past year.
So many beautiful flowers, fruits, and veggies! And it all doubled as party favors too.

It takes a village. We helped a tiny bit. Very much love for all of these humans. Plus, welcoming the tiniest new addition to the family– Baby Valente, only four weeks old and already partying hard.
Mesh produce bags for all of the guests! And as many flowers, fruits, and veggies as each person can carry home.
Happy Birthday, Westin! May you always face the world with as much joy and wonder as you do these days. Looking forward to seeing years 2-18 as they unfold, and can’t wait to watch you unveil those time capsule letters we wrote you… in the year 2039.
