Katja & Anders | San Francisco Wedding Photography
Theirs is a love story that spans several seas. They first met while traveling through South Africa and Namibia, Katja visited Anders in Norway, he moved to the Netherlands to be closer to her in Germany, and they then lived together in Norway before moving on to their new home in Vancouver, Canada. And true to their international roots, they decided to come to San Francisco to be wed in the Norwegian Seaman’s Church, Sjømannskirken. It was such an honor to be there photographing them on their wedding day!
The Norwegian church is a special home away from home for Norwegians in San Francisco.
We walked up the hill to nearby Lombard Street for a beautiful view over San Francisco.
And of course we had to grab a shot with the classic San Francisco Cable Cars.
What a sweet portrait session on an intimate wedding day.
Congratulations, Katja & Anders! I hope you’re having fun on the rest of your travels across America!
