Jessica & Young | San Francisco Engagement Photography

Meet Young and Jessica. I’ve known Young since 1999, when he was still in his “yellow phase” in high school. When I first met Jessica, she was on a hip-hop dance crew, and she would later join an eco-friendly clothing startup as employee number three. Young now fronts his own band, writes for a denim blog and manages the denim boutique Self Edge in San Francisco. They’re basically the coolest couple that I know.

I met up with them in Potrero Hill for some engagement portraits. Even though they both claim to be super awkward and unphotogenic, I think these images beg to differ.
