Emily & Dongjin | Quad Center Menlo Park Wedding
On a beautiful Sunday afternoon in the hills of Menlo Park, Emily and Dongjin were wed in a small ceremony with both their families in attendance. Emily thought through myriad little details for the day, and it all came together beautifully in their simple and sweet celebration. Congratulations, Emily & Dongjin!

A lovely setup honoring Korean wedding traditions: chestnuts and dates for the Pyebaek ceremony, Korean cookies, and the wedding gift box.

For the Pyeback, the bride and groom bow to their parents, and then the parents throw the chestnuts and dates towards them for them to catch with a cloth.

The number of chestnuts symbolize the number of girls they will have, and the dates symbolize boys.

Looks like we’ll be expecting a whole football team!

The beautiful cake reflected the design of the wooden screen behind it. So elegant!

A little ring photo featuring some acorns from their beautiful ceremony oak tree.

Congratulations, Emily & Dongjin!
