Anny & John | Thomas Fogarty Winery | Woodside, California Wedding Photography

Anny and John first met at a summer camp, when she was just about to start as a freshman at UC Berkeley and he was a senior at Cal. They soon became good friends with a bit of a crush, but it took quite a bit of luck, determination, and quite a bit of time before the timing came together for friendship to blossom into romance. On an absolutely perfect day in California, Anny and John headed up through the hills of Woodside and were wed at the stunning Thomas Fogarty Winery overlooking the entire bay.

I love this moment of examination by the hair and makeup artists and Anny’s sisters. Anny and her sisters are just such a riot. The three of them are just full of fun, energy, and love for each other!

Ringbearer! He was being shy.

Laughter and tears at the same time! There is nothing better than real, genuine emotion, candidly captured.

Anny and John did a special ceremony, sealing love letters to each other along with a bottle of wine in a wooden box and having their parents help them to nail the box shut. The idea is fo them to open the box if they ever need a reminder of the love they shared on their wedding day.

John’s brother and best man Jeff gave a really, really great and hilarious speech!
