Cindy & Tran | Sunset at Lake Merritt | Oakland Portrait Photography

When my friend Howard gifted this portrait session to his sister, I was first surprised to learn that he had a sister and then surprised to learn that she lives right here in Oakland, no more than five minutes from me!

It took quite a while to schedule the shoot with Cindy and her boyfriend Tran, but I don’t think we could have ended up with a more perfect day to walk around Lake Merritt. The hazy glow of sunset provided a spectacular backdrop for these two.
