Philadelphia Open Studios
Art all around Philly! The first weekend of October, hundreds of artists opened their doors to the public as part of the Philadelphia Open Studio Tours. Check out some of the artists– and my other art wanderings around the city– below.
A little visit to the Center of Art in Wood when I was walking around Old City one day.
Our first stop on the POST visits: painter Shaina Craft.
In the Philadelphia Sculpture Gym, Darla Jackson.
Do Not Pass Go by Jim Dessicino.
Ann Beatus over at Sharktown Studios.
Next, we headed over to Crane Arts Old School– a former school turned into art studios. Below, Bright Common.
Just down the street, the Crane Arts Building, a former factory.
Finally, on my last day in Philly, I paid a visit to UPenn’s Institute of Contemporary Art.
