Christine & Bobby | Fremont Engagement Photography
Christine and Bobby have different recollections about how they met, but technically it was through taekwondo at MIT. They were friendly. Bobby remembers making a veggie-friendly lasagna for their Christmas banquet in consideration of Christine since she’s a vegetarian. Christine remembers Bobby knowing that she liked animals and video games and him very sketchily inviting her to his house to meet “his” cat Bella (actually his roommate’s) and play Portal. A few months later, they were on a ski trip together when they fell into a snow bank. Cue the perfect setting for a first kiss, or so Christine thought. Bobby totally missed the moment, so Christine took it upon herself to ask if she could kiss him. It wasn’t until then that they began dating. And years later, they found themselves skiing atop a mountain again, and this time Bobby asked Christine to marry him, and she said yes!
Since food has played such an important role in their relationship, cooking for each other and with each other since the very beginning, we started their engagement session with a bit of dumpling making at Christine’s family home in Fremont. And then we headed to Mission Peak nearby for part two out in nature!
