Anna Wu Photography is celebrating 10 years in business this month! In honor of the anniversary, I’m catching up with past clients to see where they are today, in my “After I Do” series.

Today we catch up with Stephanie & Ian, who were wed at the Berkeley City Club on September 5, 2015.

So… How has life has changed in the last couple years?

So far we have been married almost 2 years and are doing great! We’re still living in Brooklyn, NY and having a great time in the city. :)

What is an unexpected lesson or a challenge you’ve had to overcome in the last x years?

Since we have known each other for several years before getting married. Marriage just seemed like an official extension of our relationship. But, as with most couples I think becoming better at communicating is always something that we are striving to be better at in our relationship.

Do you ever look back at your wedding photos? Do you have any favorite images from your wedding day? 

We have looked back at our wedding photos when family or friends come to visit. There are several photos that I really enjoy which capture the moments that felt intimate on our wedding day.

Looking back on your wedding day, is there anything you wish you had known or done differently?

I really enjoyed every moment. My only regret is that there wasn’t enough time to speak with every guest at the wedding.

Any advice for couples who are about to get married?

The advice I would give to couples getting married would be to enjoy your wedding and have fun partying. Also to not spend too much time concerned if things don’t go as your had planned because it will work out in the end.

Top three hopes or things you are looking forward to in your future?

Traveling and experiencing new adventures together.
