Boba Guys Pop Up in NYC
The last weekend of September, I headed to NYC for a brief visit from Philly. It was perfect timing, because we got out of town while Philadelphia was shut down for the Pope’s visit; I got to photograph my clients’ engagement session in Central Park, and Boba Guys was following me all the way from SF for their pop-up in Manhattan too.
This liberty mural had caught my eye last time I was in New York, and this time, the style seemed so familiar. Turns out it’s by the same artist as this mural I had just photographed in LA the month before.
Checking out Boba Guys (from San Francisco) as they held their first NYC pop-up at LMHQ in downtown Manhattan.
This pop-up was such a success that they’re doing it again this weekend, October 24-25. Get more info from the fb event here.
After the pop-up, a TAF lunch meetup!
Ran into Jane and Peter on the way to dinner! I haven’t seen them since college.
Sunday dim sum at Jing Fong.
Yifan! And Vivi Tea. Plus my matcha latte from Chalait.
And this was actually from the first night, but Justin reunited with Charinee, his friend from Shanghai.
